A campaign asks the market to pay attention for a moment. A narrative asks the market to update its mental model. The first is a transaction; the second is an investment that compounds.

Narrative architecture is the small set of claims an organization is willing to defend over years, and the supporting evidence — products shipped, customers served, positions taken — that makes those claims unignorable.

Once the architecture is in place, channel selection becomes obvious. Every interview, every keynote, every product launch is an opportunity to reinforce one of a few load-bearing ideas, not a one-off creative brief.

Brands with strong architecture do not have to remind the market who they are. The market does it for them.
